My legitimate interest lies in responding to enquiries and communicating with potential clients, business partners and other interested parties.
The contact form is operated through Framer. Framer’s native forms may process the form submission and transmit it to the email address configured for the form. Framer also uses technical spam protection and rate-limiting measures.
Please do not submit confidential, sensitive or special-category personal data through the contact form unless this is necessary and has been agreed in advance.

Business email and calendar services are provided using Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online.
7. Appointment booking through Microsoft Bookings
This website may link to a Microsoft Bookings page through which you can select an available appointment and book a Microsoft Teams call.
Microsoft Bookings is provided by Microsoft. Depending on the information requested during booking, the following data may be processed:

email address
company
telephone number, where requested
preferred appointment date and time
time zone
information entered into optional booking fields
appointment and communication details
technical connection information
The data is processed to:
display available appointment times
arrange and manage the appointment
send confirmations, changes and reminders
create the associated Microsoft Teams meeting
communicate with you regarding the appointment
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the appointment concerns possible or existing contractual cooperation. For other appointments, processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest lies in providing efficient and user-friendly appointment scheduling.
Microsoft Bookings is part of Microsoft 365. Booking and appointment information is stored within the Microsoft 365 platform and Exchange Online.
The relevant Microsoft entity acts as a processor or independent controller depending on the specific processing activity and contractual relationship.
The Microsoft Privacy Statement applies additionally to Microsoft’s own processing activities.
8. Microsoft Teams meetings
Appointments booked through Microsoft Bookings may be conducted using Microsoft Teams.
During a Teams meeting, the following data may be processed:
display name
email address
profile information
audio and video data
chat messages
meeting metadata
shared files or screen content
technical connection and device information
You may generally participate without activating your camera. Whether a Microsoft account is required depends on the meeting configuration.
Meetings are not recorded unless this has been expressly communicated in advance and a valid legal basis exists.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the meeting relates to contractual or pre-contractual communication. In other cases, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

This website may contain links to external websites and services.
When you follow an external link, the operator of the external website may process personal data independently. I have no control over the data processing performed by external providers.

10. Cookies and similar technologies
This website currently does not intentionally use advertising cookies or comparable tracking technologies requiring consent.
Framer’s built-in analytics is designed to operate without cookies and without persistent identifiers.
